Q: About customizing my pet portrait?
A: The customized service will provide when you are purchasing the Happy Harness & Leash only. Moreover, You can use this customized portrait to do any other products of our store.
Q: Can you do customized the copyrighted character?
A: We cannot design logos, copyrighted characters, shows, etc. (unless verified as yours). For more information, please get in touch with us.
Q: Why the color is not the same as the draft?
A: It is important to know that what color you see on a computer screen is not exactly what will be printed unless the screen is professionally calibrated. Screens work in the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) color space, whilst printing works in the CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) color space.
In understanding this all customers will agree that colors may vary from what is approved on the screen to what is finally printed.
